Peter Parker is dead (spider) man walking after the antidote failed to remove the Vulture’s deadly virus from his body (at the end of Spectacular Spider-Man 219)! The web-slinger is fading fast with no help in sight! But in a truly bizarre twist of fate, one of Spider-Man’s greatest enemies takes compassion on him! Is Doctor Octopus really going to step forward and save the wall-crawler’s life? Sometimes six arms are better than two! In the meantime, Mary Jane returns to New York City after reconciling with her family.
